Rumors that Beyonce is pregnant with her second child and contemplating a divorce from rap star husband Jay Z have finally begun to wane. That could have something to do with the fact that a year has passed since Beyonce's sister, Solange Knowles, brutally attacked Jay Z in a Met elevator. As if that wasn't enough good news for the couple, Beyonce's mother recently penned an op-ed about how much she loves her daughters.
After a year of speculation, perhaps finally the rumors can be put to rest. Jay Z and Beyonce show no sign of divorcing, despite last year's high-profile Met fiasco.
While inside an elevator at the Met's annual gala, Jay Z was brutally...and repeatedly...attacked by Solange Knowles.
This year, however, people were buzzing about Jay Z and Beyonce for a whole new reason. That could have a little something to do with Beyonce's choice of clothing, as Hollywood Take tells readers:
"Is Jay Z and Solange Knowles fight over? Beyoncé was the queen of the 2015 Met Gala. But don't be fooled. There was a reason for the jaw-dropping Givenchy dress. After a year of feuds, divorce and cheating rumors, it was finally time for Jay Z's wife to flip the switch and change the conversation...Flaunting her killer body, Beyoncé had no problem turning heads at the 2015 Met Gala..."
Of course, that's not the only reason that the superstar couple happen to find themselves in the news.
That has a little something to do with Tina Knowles, Beyonce's mom. The sweetheart recently published an open letter, where she told her children exactly how much they mean to her.
Tina tells Time that she wishes the world could see how amazing Beyonce is off of the stage:
"Beyoncé, I wish people could see how you are when you're not in front of the camera or on the stage. How compassionate and kind you are to people, how you look them right in the eye when you speak to them. How hard you work, how generous you are with your time and money. How you don't care if anyone knows about it because you do it from the heart..."
