It's been a big week for Kris Jenner in the tabloids. New reports suggest that the Kardashians may have fired their momager over her handling of Bruce Jenner's big transition news. Meanwhile, another laughable gossip rag insists that Kris Jenner could be headed towards rehab, following an alleged feud with her only son, Rob Kardashian.
When it comes to the Kardashians, it's often difficult determining what is real and what's made up in an effort to boost the ratings of their popular reality show.
Perhaps that's why Diane Sawyer asked if Bruce was getting a sex change in order to generate more buzz.
Although Bruce denied his transformation was for the benefit of the show, that didn't stop a popular U.S. tabloid from suggesting that Kris may be fired for how she handled the situation.
According to Jezebel, the tabloid claims that Kris didn't exploit the Bruce Jenner sex change saga enough for the show:
"Mom-ager no more! After being panned for 'the handling of ex Bruce Jenner's transition to a woman, outed as a liar and letting some business deals seemingly slip through the family's fingers,' Kris Jenner has been FIRED, and Khloe was given the honors of doing the dirty work. But it wasn't just the Kardashians who wanted her gone. 'Bigwigs' at E! were furious that Kris kept Bruce's transition a secret so long."
As usual, however, Life & Style did little to support their salacious claims.
Although, Kris Jenner has been generating actual news headlines concerning her ex-husband's transition to womanhood. Us Weekly tells readers that Kris is very heartfelt in the upcoming Bruce Jenner transition special, About Bruce:
"'We had so much in common that it was kind of a match made in heaven,' Kris, 59, reflected in the video of her more than 20-year relationship with Bruce. 'We went to races. We played golf. We went snow skiing. I mean, there wasn't anything we didn't do, and we could not keep our hands off each other.'"
