Ari Sandel, who won an Oscar for his film West Bank Story, is now making headlines for his new girlfriend. The director is dating DWTS’ dancer Julianne Hough, whose popular diet seems to be working, as she has never looked better.
Ari Sandel is having an amazing year. His groundbreaking short film, West Bank Story, earned him his first Oscar. The is particularly impressive considering the director had no clue he would even be nominated for the prestigious Hollywood award.
Of course, he’s making more noise for who is dating these days. Turns out Ari is dating none other than Julianne Hough. Ms. Hough is a remarkable woman who is perhaps best known for winning ABC’s Dancing with the Stars...twice.
But, that’s not all the 25-year-old starlet is known for. She has also released a few albums back in 2008. While sales may not have been staggeringly impressive, she did go on to win two ACM awards. She swept the categories of Top New Artist and Top New Female Vocalist.
Ms. Hough is also making some noise in the acting arena as well. The professional dancer was featured in the 2011 remake of Footloose, where she played Ariel Moore. Most recently, Hough played Katie Feldman in the film Safe Haven.
Hough, who called things off with her ex Ryan Seacrest in March, appears to be looking for love again. Hough and Ari were spotted having a lovely lunch (complete with PDA) several days ago. This comes after photogs caught Ari sending Hough a ton of flowers for her bday.
