Hollywood's hottest A-list actor, George Clooney, is known for calling it like he sees it, so Brad Pitt's bestie didn't have any trouble admitting that he and Bill Murray recently came to the conclusion that Miley Cyrus is incredibly gifted for having spent all those years playing mindless Hannah Montana on the Disney channel. According to the latest gossip news updates, Batman's bride, Amal Alamuddin didn't take too kindly to the ER star going on and on and about the infamous twerker. The London lawyer is said to be so jealous that she might even breakup her marriage over some comments the Monument Men made over a few cocktails.
While one wouldn't necessarily assume the George Clooney would have a lot of respect for Hannah Montana actress, Miley Cyrus, offhand, the Hollywood icon admitted he was really impressed by her professionalism and work ethic while recounting a recent conversation he had with Bill Murray to during a chat with Access Hollywood.
According to Clooney, both he and the legendary Ghostbuster came away from working with Miley hoping that they would team up with the Wrecking Ball singer someday in the not too distant future:
"She was fantastic to work with, I'm telling you like fantastic and fun and a real pro.
"And Bill Murray and I had drinks a few nights ago and he was just talking about how impressed he was as an entertainer and also just as a -- just in general as a pro, how professional she was.
"I really liked her."
Clooney's new wife on the other hand, Amal Alamuddin, is said to already be fed up with Miley Cyrus and her husband's glowing reviews of her performance in Bill Murray's Christmas Special.
One source claiming to be close to the couple reveals in the June 1, issue of InTouch Weekly that after Amal was forced to hear him go on-and-on about how great Miley is for weeks on end, the high-powered human rights attorney went postal on her husband when Clooney made a point of having a chat with her at the 2015 Met Gala in NYC:
"George stopped to chat with Miley. And Amal lost it!
"She read him the riot act."
Despite his deeply independent spirit, the informant insists that a kowtowed Clooney got the message about keeping his positive opinions about future female co-stars to himself:
"He'll definitely think twice about praising another female in the future."
Let's hope that Amal isn't too strict to make things work with the handsome man-child.
