According to the latest gossip news updates, the topless Vanity Fair covergirl is currently seeing her former Mission: Impossible costar, Tom Cruise, now that her divorce to the Marvin Gaye thief has been finalized. Just as long as Katie Holmes ex-husband doesn't try to beam his supposed new girlfriend up to Xenu, things might even work out between the Instagram beauty and the iconic Lilliputian.
At 18-years his junior, Robin Thicke may have to get used to the idea that strangers are often going to mistake his official new supermodel girlfriend, April Love, for his daughter.
One eyewitness to one such exchange in St. Barts reveals in the June 8, issue of Star magazine that Thicke seemed to be quite embarrassed once he finally realized that the hotel staff thought his little lady was his little girl:
"He thought they were saying that his son looked like girl, and then he realized they were taking about April, and he went red as a beet."
While Paula Patton's lattest love interest may be considered just as embarrassing in certain circles, it's safe to say that the bellhops in St. Barts will have absolutely no problem recognizing him.
A source claiming to be in the know told the National Enquirer that once they were each free to take things a step further, Paula soon found herself reconnecting with her former Mission: Impossible leading man, Tom Cruise:
"When they worked on the movie, they had a genuine connection, but neither was available.
"Now that they're both single, it's totally on!"
According to the informant, it's probably still too early to say with any confidence what will happen between the pair but their relationship certainly seems to have plenty of room to flourish in the future:
"It's still super fresh, but Paula seems open to exploring a future with Tom.
"She's been looking for a guy she can trust after ex-hubby Robin Thicke cheated on her.
"Tom definitely fits the bill!"
