Watch Lady Gaga Perform Édith Piaf's 'La Vie En Rose' at the Hollywood Bowl

Over the weekend at the Hollywood Bowl, Ms. Lady Gaga took a moment to fulfill a dream of hers among a sold out audience. Channeling the French songstress Édith Piaf, Gaga performed "La Vie En Rose" in a most astounding rendition in French and English.

Much in the same vein as her Oscars salute to The Sound of Music, the meat-dressing queen of pop laid down a noteworthy interpretation of Piaf's classic. Starting in French and ending in English, the performance yielded the applause of a delighted crowd.

As Vulture reports from the show:

"Lady Gaga took a brief moment from her life to make her dreams come true Sunday night. 'It's up to you to make it happen,' she told the audience at the Hollywood Bowl. 'So I'd like to dedicate this song to my parents, who are here tonight, and to my sister Natali, because I said my dream was to sing my favorite song in a pink dress made by my sister.' She then proceeds to sing the crap out of Edith Piaf's signature song, 'La Vie en Rose' ... You did Mama Piaf proud."

So without further ado, check out Lady Gaga as she takes a break from her duets to sing a most resounding classic.
