Princess Kate Middleton and Prince William of Wales Choose Nanny, Before George Alexander Louis Christening, When Queen Returns [UPDATE]

It appears that Prince William of Wales and Princess Kate Middleton have chosen a nanny for their young prince, George Alexander Louis. The decision comes before the christening of their first born, which will occur after the Queen gets back from her vacation.

Now that Prince William has returned to bravely serve as an RAF search and rescue pilot, Kate is left alone to take care of their newborn.

According to an article in The Daily Mail, the prince and princess have decided to hire on some additional help. And who do they choose?

Will and Kate have picked Jessie Webb. If that name sounds familiar, it’s because she has previous experience being a royal nanny. In fact, she served as a nanny to Prince William himself, as The Huffington Post reports:

“Webb, 71, looked after William at a young age, and when Charles and Diana’s marriage was on the rocks, ‘she tried her best to keep the boys away from the tears and the rows,’ a former colleague of Webb’s told the Mirror.”

If the reports are true, then they couldn’t have picked a better time. William is back at work and Kate is having to plan her child’s christening all by herself.

The baptism is set to occur sometime in the fall, with many suggesting September and October as probable dates. One thing's for certain, the event will take place after the Queen has returned from her holiday.
