Princess Kate Middleton and Prince William could be moving to America for the summer. The royal couple have reportedly rented a home in the celebrity-filled Hamptons, where they are said to be vacationing. Naturally, the couple is expected to spend some quality beach time with Prince George, as well as their newest addition, Princess Charlotte.
Brace yourself, fans of the royal family. A new report suggests that the much-beloved duchess and her hunky Prince Charming could call New York home, if only for a few months this summer.
OK! Magazine is reporting that the royal family is renting an amazing home in the Hamptons. According to the report, Princess Kate will soon find neighbors in Howard Stern, Jay Z and other A-list celebs:
"A source told OK! Magazine exclusively that Wills, Kate, Prince George and Princess Charlotte are planning to live in the U.S. part-time this summer and will be settled before July...The Duchess and Duke were mulling over where to summer but since Princess Charlotte came in May, they've settled on the Hamptons and are looking for a large estate on the coast of Long Island, New York!"
Of course, Prince William and Princess Kate find themselves in the news for more than just rental rumors.
The duo have also generated some major headlines for appearing at the birthday celebration of Queen Elizabeth II. The annual event was attended by both Prince William and Princess Kate, as well as the nearly 2-year-old Prince George.
As the Associated Press tells readers, Prince George stole the show, while his little sister stayed home:
"Queen Elizabeth II marked her ceremonial birthday Saturday...and 23-month-old Prince George made his debut on the Buckingham Palace balcony...The queen was joined by...the Duchess of Cambridge, who made her first appearance in public since leaving the hospital with newborn Princess Charlotte six weeks ago...There was no sign of Charlotte but George captivated throngs of well-wishers by appearing on the balcony in the arms of his father, Prince William, who was in full military garb."
Although it's still too soon for Princess Charlotte to make an appearance at this year's birthday bash, you can bet that the young royal will be in attendance next year.
