Time for another update in the ongoing divorce between Keeping Up with the Kardashians star Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom. Rumors are flying that their pending divorce will be delayed due to the death of two of Lamar Odom's friends. And now a new report suggests that Lamar Odom may be suicidal.
It seems like heartache somehow follows Lamar Odom.
The embattled NBA star is in the middle of a prolonged divorce, he lost a lucrative NBA deal and his relationship with the Kardashians has forever been tarnished by alleged cheating and hardcore drug use.
And now it seems that things have gotten even worse. Just a few days after losing a friend to drug abuse, Lamar is saying goodbye to another buddy.
According to Inquistr, close friend Bobby Heyward also died from drugs:
"According to a new tweet, Khloe Kardashian is now revealing that she is grieving yet another loss. One of Lamar Odom's close friends, Bobby Heyward, passed away over the weekend from a drug overdose...it sounds like he was a close friend to Kardashian. The shocking thing is that Bobby had actually posted a message to Jamie after he passed. Ironically, he passed away just days later himself."
Understandably, Khloe and Lamar have been struggling with their recent (and significant) losses. But, according to a new report, Lamar is taking it much harder than Khloe.
In fact, Radar Online tells readers that Bobby's death may push Lamar over the edge:
"'Everyone in Lamar's group of friends is devastated right now,' an insider tells Radar of the 35-year-old father of two, who has publicly struggled with substance abuse issues since before his split from estranged wife Khloe Kardashian in December 2013. 'Lamar has been going down a bad path for a while now, and this could push him over the edge.'"
