Princess Kate and Prince William have finally released some updated photos of the royal baby. Prince George Alexander Louis looks absolutely adorable in the latest pics of the entire family. Check them out for yourself below.
The most famous baby on the planet is garnering a little more press, after his parents released some new photos of the young prince. Breaking from tradition, it was not a royal photographer who snapped the pics.
Instead, it was Princess Kate’s father who took the family photos at the Middleton’s home in Berkshire. Taken in their garden, the photos present a relaxed, loving family.
If one was not aware that they were royalty, they would think that they were a normal middle class family. Simply put, the photos were a refreshing change for the royal family, as The Toronto Sun reports:
“The photos are a far cry from the formal photographs released of Prince William a month after his birth in 1982 in which he was alert and wearing a long, laced gown. The pictures with his mother, the late Princess Diana, and father Prince Charles were taken by his great-uncle, photographer Lord Snowden.”
In one photo, there are two additional guests in frame. It’s not a photobomber...it’s the Middleton’s family dog, Tilly (left) and Will and Kate’s Lupo (right).
Family photos aren’t the only way that Kate and William have distanced themselves from royal traditions, as Sun elaborated:
“The decision to eschew tradition for a more informal approach was seen as true to form for William and Kate, both 31, who have tried to break away from royal traditions of rigid formality, be it by changing diapers themselves or William driving his family away from the hospital.”
