Fans of The Disney Channels Austin & Ally have been shipping stars Ross Lynch and Laura Marano for years. The show might be ending soon, but fans are still holding out hope that Ross and Laura will hook up. Lynch has previously went on record saying that he wouldn’t a co-star while the show was still on the air. However, he didn’t have a problem kissing Maia Mitchell in Teen Beach Movie 2. Ross Lynch has strict rules when it comes to dating a co-star as he recently told J-14:
"I would, but not a co-star of a TV show until it has wrapped. You don't want to have that on your mind with seasons to come. But if it’s a short project I don't see why not."
Lynch also opened up about his relationship with Marano, telling the publication:
"[Laura and I] are kind of like a married couple. We argue a lot about who is always right. That happens a lot on set. We're really friendly, help each other out, and have each other's backs on set."
Lynch recently spoke with to Hollywood Life, about his unscripted kiss with Maia Mitchell in Teen Beach Movie 2:
“Maia and I did a kiss spontaneously.We thought that Mac and Brady should have an onscreen kiss. It wasn’t scripted and the director didn’t tell us to do it and we just did it and hopefully it makes it in the movie!”
