The official trailer for the all new Netflix miniseries follow up to 2001 cult comedy film Wet Hot American Summer has been released. The prequel series, titled Wet Hot American Summer First Day of Camp, features virtually every member of the original cast playing slightly younger versions of the characters the played nearly 15-years-ago. The “old” cast will come head to head with a few new characters as seen in the show’s trailer to see Chris Meloni (Law & Order: SVU, OZ, Man of Steel) fight newcomer Jon Hamm (Mad Men, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt,). Returning to the prequel are Janeane Garofalo, Amy Poehler, Bradley Cooper, Paul Rudd, Christopher Meloni, Elizabeth Banks, David Hyde Pierce, Michael Showalter, Joe Lo Truglio David Wain, Michael Ian Black and pretty much everybody else from the original 2001 film.
New cast members include John Slattery, Michael Cera, Jordan Peele, Jon Hamm, Kristen Wiig, Lake Bell, Josh Charles, Richard Schiff and Jason Schwartzman just to name a few.
