It’s been a pretty big week for celebrity divorce rumors. This week in 2013, we saw two new names get added to the list. Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones find themselves in the same company as Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, as well as Bruce and Kris Jenner. We’ve got the latest updates on all of your favorite celebrity couples.
Breaking News: It has been confirmed that the tabloids are accurate when it comes to the split of longtime couple Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones. Both parties’ representatives have confirmed that the couple have filed for separation.
In a statement released to the press, representatives for the actors stated:
"Catherine and Michael are taking some time apart to evaluate and work on their marriage. There will be no further comment."
This announcement caught many by surprise as the couple has been together for over 13 years. They also have two children together--Carys, age 10, and Dylan, age 13.
Also on this week’s list were Kris and Bruce Jenner. As of late, negative publicity has really been haunting the Jenner/Kardashian family. In addition to the Lamar Odom drug scandal, it has also been rumored that Lamar cheated on his wife, Khloe Kardashian.
The Jenner household isn’t immuned to divorce rumors either, as it was alleged that the couple has already separated. Bruce is sleeping at a rental house in Malibu, while Kris has decided to stay at their Calabasas home.
Also on the list was Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. Rumors started circulating that the couple was splitting when a totally non credible tabloid (The National Enquirer) published a cover story. In the issue, they claim that Faith Hill was jealous of Taylor Swift and thought her husband had been intimate with the young singer.
Of course, both country music stars’ representatives have denied the allegations.
