Although they have been together for a few years, word has it that Kate Upton is not ready to marry her Major League Baseball boyfriend, Justin Verlander, despite his multiple proposals. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Detroit Tigers pitcher has suffered through some many rebuffed proposals at this point, that he is supposedly considering a split, if the Sport's Illustrated bikini Cat Daddy dancer doesn't soon agree.
Despite only being 32-years-old, the supermarket tabloids claim that Justin Verlander is deadset on getting engaged to buxom blonde bombshell, Kate Upton, just as soon as he gets the chance.
One of the sources in the latest July 27, issue of OK! Magazine claims, however, that his 23-year-old sex-symbol girlfriend isn't quite in the same hurry to tie the knot and settle down:
"She's young, and he understands that her movie career is taking off, but her resistance is starting to test his patience...You can't blame him for getting paranoid when he's stuck on the road and Kate is off filming."
According to the informant, Justin has become so frustrated by Kate's not taking his marriage proposals seriously that he is wondering if they have a future together after all:
"Justin has proposed so many times that he's lost count.
"If Kate keeps dodging the question, they may not be together come fall...It won't be a surprise if they call it quits."
Regardless of whatever issues she may or may not have with her boyfriend, Kate Upton recently told Hello! magazine, that she has to deal with the same summer time body insecurities as everybody else:
"I think all women are similar; we all struggle with the same things when it comes to body image and wanting to be beautiful.
"I'm the same when I'm on the beach with my friends or when there are paparazzi around."
Although it is pretty hard to believe that anyone would be so silly as to breakup with Kate Upton simply because the supermodel isn't yet interested in marriage, after hearing that the Sports Illustrated covergirl doesn't realize that she is the epitome of beauty, perhaps anything is possible.
