Recently, Real Housewives of Orange County star Meghan King Edmonds, husband Jim’s ex-wife LeAnn tragically died after a struggle with cancer. Unlike most couples, Meghan and LeAnn were both close, working together to best raise their kids/stepkids. Now, in honor of LeAnn, Meghan King Edmonds has dyed her blond hair pink.
Meghan recently spoke with People Now about why she decided to dye her hair pink:
"Life is short. My stepdaughter's mom just recently died less than a week ago. And I was just thinking, you know what, I want to do something fun -- and life is short, so why not? I did it."
Meghan went on to add that she is still searching to find her footing in the family:
"It's extremely difficult. Because I am trying to find out whether or not I'm the disciplinarian, or am I the friend, or am I the stepmom, or where do I stand?”
Meghan revealed that she used to work closely with LeAnn when it came to raising the children:
"It was so great when I had LeAnn as my teammate … because we could bounce things off of each other. And literally the other day I had an idea, and I reached down to grab my phone and text LeAnn and you know, I can't do that anymore. I'm really trying to navigate what to do -- I really don't know what to do."
