Shortly after news of their split started to make the rounds, Charlize Theron was accused by the tabloids of completely cutting off all contact with her former fiancé, Sean Penn, but it's starting to looks like the Mad Max beauty is going to be contractually forced to face him after all. According to the latest gossip news updates, Penn had to travel back to South Africa to do some reshooting on the film that they just recently made together, Last Face.
Dealing with a breakup is never easy, and so it seems that following his recent split from ex-girlfriend, Charlize Theron, 54-year-old Hollywood acting legend Sean Penn is throwing himself into his work to get through it.
During a recent interview with Us Weekly, Sean's 24-year-old supermodel, Dylan, explained that right now it's hard to tell where the Last Face ends and her dad begins:
"He just went back to South Africa [to do] reshoots for his movie that he did a couple months back.
"His life is this movie. I've seen pieces of it, and it's a masterpiece."
As devoted as Dylan may be to her dad, the Treats! covergirl told the magazine that she still keeps in touch with Charlize on account of how unbelievably cool she is:
"She's the best,
"She's hilarious. She's very bold, in the best way."
Although a great deal was made some weeks ago about Charlize supposedly cutting off all contact with Sean as a means of ending things as quickly as possible, the Last Face re-shoots, reports the Daily Mail, have the Mad Max beauty back in South Africa face-to-face with Penn once again:
"And it appears Charlize Theron will be heading to the film's set to join work on the production as she was spotted out and about in her motherland over the weekend.
"The Mad Max star has not been seen with her former partner of 18 months, Sean Penn, following their sudden split earlier this year."
For her part, Derek Jeter's ex, Minka Kelly wants everyone on Twitter to know that despite their birthday dinner together, she is definitely not in the way of Charlize and Sean getting back together while down in South Africa (via Daily Mail):
"Not my nature to address gossip but hoping this last one goes away.
"Not dating a friend I had a group dinner with."
Let's hope that Sean Penn soon finds a way to finish his masterpiece, even if he doesn't find love.
