Ellen DeGeneres & Portia de Rossi Divorce News: In Therapy to Save Marriage?

It seems that the supermarket tabloids truly can't decide if Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are going to get a divorce or not. According to the latest gossip news updates, the daytime TV talk show host has is currently in couples' therapy with her Scandal star wife to try to save their marriage. Of course, it was just the other week, that the Hollywood rumor mill seemed equally convinced that the pair were doing so well that they were planning to renew their vows in front of the whole world with a TV wedding.

Despite the fact that they always seems like very image of marital bliss whenever they are out in public, the tabloids are once again insisting that Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are barely keeping their marriage from going off the rails.

One source in the latest August 17, issue of Star magazine insists that Portia had enough of Ellen's henpecking and has talked her into getting professional help to save their relationship:

"Portia often complains that she feels bullied...With Ellen's show on hiatus for the summer, she's been bossing Portia around all day, expecting her to be at her beck and call.

"It was a very unhealthy situation, but they've begun the healing process. They are finally dealing with their issues.

According to the insider, it hasn't exactly been easy going, but Portia and Ellen are working hard at working things out in therapy:

"They fight a lot during the sessions, but therapy has really helped them learn how to communicate again.

"It's definitely been a step in the right direction for their marriage."

Or course that might not all sound as silly had the National Enquirer not claimed, somewhat conversely, just the other week that Ellen and Portia were actually already on such an upswing that they were considering renewing their vows in front of the TV cameras:

"Ellen thinks a big gay wedding on TV would be a huge hit.

"She believes that more than 20 million American viewers could tune in, with millions more overseas!

"She can also stream it on her Internet channel, EllenTube."

What do you think about the constantly contradicting reports about Ellen and Portia's marriage?

Should the tabloid media just leave the beloved talk show host and her wife alone?

Or, are magazines like Star and their sister publication The National Enquirer just giving their readers what they want?
