Donald Trump is back in the headlines with another Fox News host, following his “bloody” feud with Megyn Kelly. Recently, Donald Trump commented on Fox News host Greta Van Susteren’s involvement in helping free a Marine from a Mexican prison. Now Greta Van Susteren has addressed Trumps comments on her show.
Greta Van Susteren has responded to Donald Trump’s shout out:
“Thanks to Donald J. Trump for the shout-out during his town hall yesterday...but I can't take all the credit for freeing Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi! Watch my 'Off the Record' commentary and SHARE this post if you were one of the dedicated viewers who stepped up to help our jailed U.S. Marine!”
Greta’s post included a video from her of the “Off the Record” segment about the issue
“In all seriousness, Donald did help out Sgt. Tahmooressi,” Greta Vas Susteren said in her ‘Off the Record’ segment. “He sent him some money to help him jump start his life. Sgt. Tahmooressi rotted in a Mexican prison for 214 days. President Obama wouldn’t even pick up the phone to help.”
