While it seems like Selena Gomez and Kendall Jenner would probably have a lot to talk about given their similar taste is men, Justin Bieber's ex-girlfriend is said to be furious with the Keeping Up with the Kardashians supermodel. According to the latest gossip news updates, the "Good for You" singer blames their final split on Kendall's Calvin Klein influence and is even more enraged by the reality star's now seeing Nick Jonas. The Spring Breakers movie star couldn't be happier with her friendship with "Bad Blood" music video vixen Taylor Swift, however. Selena recently explained that there are very few people that she counts as true friends, and Swift is first among them.
For months the supermarket tabloids have been doing their best to convince folks that Selena Gomez has a serious beef with Keeping Up with the Kardashians' Kendall Jenner.
One source in the latest August 31, issue of In Touch Weekly claims that Gomez' problems with Jenner stem from the reality star's seemingly going after all her old ex's:
"Selena's genuinely hurt...she feels like Kendall goes after all her men!
"She was trying to rebuild things with Justin while Kendall was hooking up with him.
"And now, just as Kendall has finished with Justin, she moves on to Nick [Jonas] -- who Selena just went out with...Selena feels like a fool."
But Selena told People that -- regardless of whatever the media would rather believe -- she and Bieber moved on a long time ago:
"It's difficult for people to separate us,
"The Internet wants to freeze this moment in time and constantly repeat it...I didn't think I was doing anything bad by falling in love.
"There's such an emphasis on people being the perfect thing and then destroying them because it's good press."
While Selena didn't bother getting into her supposed feud with Kendall, she did talk about her high-profile friendship with Taylor Swift and just how much it means to her:
"I can count on one hand the people I could call and who would be there for me... Taylor is one of the greatest people.
"When I split with my first boyfriend [Nick Jonas] and I was really sad about it, she flew into town with homemade cookies and a bunch of junk food. To this day, if I called her, she would do the same thing."
