Despite costarring on one of America's favorite family shows, word has it that Sarah Hyland was so foul mouthed at the recent Teen Choice Awards that she may have even offended some of Modern Family most impressionable fans. According to the latest gossip news updates, the 24-year-old TV star even refused to sign autographs at the red carpet event. Ed O'Neill is said to be equally saucy while on the set on the show. It's rumored that the former Married with Children actor became so upset at the being treated like he was unable to keep up with his TV wife, Sofia Vergara, that he frightened the cast and crew by lifting the Colombian sex-symbol high above his head.
Although she is, no doub,t looked at as a role model by many of her Modern Family fans, Sarah Hyland was reportedly swearing like a drunken sailor at the Teen Choice Awards last week.
One eyewitness that night claims in the latest September 7, issue of OK! Magazine that Sarah was acting anything but ladylike as she walked around dropping F-bombs like she was Bush leveling Baghdad:
"Sarah needs to keep herself in check and realize that young girls look up to her.
"There was a young crowd going crazy for her, and Sarah acted like she was being inconvenienced...She didn't sign autographs of pose for pictures with fans."
As outrageous as Sarah's antics may sometimes seems they reportedly pale in comparison to Ed O'Neill's onset behavior.
A supposed insider allegedly told The National Enquirer that when Al Bundy heard the power's that be talking about getting a body double to carry Sofia Vergara up the stairs, O'Neill took the opportunity to show the cast and crew that age wasn't anything but a number:
"Seething at the hint that he's old and weak, Ed startled cast and crew -- and gasping Sofia -- when he suddenly reached over, picked her up and lifted her above his head, strutting around the set to show off his manliness as she giggled!
"Everyone applauded, and later filmed several takes of Ed tearing off Sofia's dress and carrying her upstairs over and over!"
