After having all three pregnancies with Gavin Rossdale bless her with boys, word has it newly single No Doubt singer, Gwen Stefani, is desperate for a little girl -- husband or not. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Hollaback Girl doesn't mind if her ex wants to be in some ways involved, but Stefani is supposedly planning to adopt another child all on her own, now that they have split. In a related story, Gwen is said to have an issue with Rihanna's joining The Voice. It's said that the ska singer doesn't like Rihanna's attitude or her near-nude fashion sense and not-so-secretly wants her off the TV show.
While three kids would seem like more than enough for most single moms, Gwen Stefani is rumored to be looking into adopting a baby girl to raise alongside sons, Zuma, Apollo and Kingston.
One source in the latest September 7, issue of In Touch claims that shortly after Gwen decided to call it quits with Gavin, she started looking into adoption options:
"Gwen isn't wallowing...she's mobilizing and funneling her energy into adopting a baby girl.
"Gwen isn't entirely opposed if Gavin wants to play some role in the little girl's life, but she's adopting as a single mom."
When Gwen first returned to The Voice following her split from Gavin, Stefani was said to be on like never before, but the usually upbeat singer is supposedly not quite so jovial now that NBC has added Rihanna to this year's cast.
The behind-the-scenes insider that the National Enquirer spoke to explained that Gwen has never really liked the "Umbrella" singer and could not have been less excited when she heard that she was going to be forced to work with her (via GossipCop):
"Gwen's had a grudge against RiRi that goes back years, even though she was the one who started it.
"Gwen's convinced Rihanna's being paid way too much and that she'll throw herself around on the show and expect to be queen bee."
