Dancing with the Stars has announced the new cast of competitors for its 2013 Season and some of the picks may surprise you. In our latest report, we’ve got bios on all of the upcoming dancers.
Jack Osbourne: The 27-year-old former reality star was recently diagnosed with MS and is best known for being on TV at a young age beside his mom and dad, Sharron and Ozzy Osbourne. His dancing partner will be Cheryl Burke.
Christina Milian: 31-year-old Christina made her name in the music industry as a singer, but since then her star has faded. She will be paired with Mark Ballas.
Brant Daugherty: The 28-year-old actor’s claim to fame is Pretty Little Liars. The dashing gentleman will be partnered with proffesional dancer, Peta Murgatroyd.
Elizabeth Burkely: It’s hard to believe that the Saved by the Bell nerd is now 41. Of course, some readers may better remember her for her performance in the film Showgirls. She is paired with Val Chmerkovskiy.
Corbin Bleu: Of all the contestants, this 24-year-ol star of High School Musical may have the most experience. He is partnered with Karina Smirnoff.
Valerie Harper: The 74-year-old reknowned actress may get the biggest sympathy vote...and she deserves it. She recently announced that she was suffering from brain cancer. Tristan MacManus will be her partner.
Amber Riley: Amber, who is 27, made her name on the hit-Fox show, Glee. She will be partnered with Derek Hough.
Bill Engvall: The 56-year-old comedian may be one of the biggest shockers. He will be paired with the talented Emma Slater.
Leah Remini: This 43-year-old actress is Classicalite’s favorite contestant and boy is she hot, after announcing that she would be splitting with the Church of Scientology. Tony Dovolani will be dancing with her.
Keyshawn Johnson: This former NFL wide receiver may seem like a long shot at the age of 41, but a number of past winners have been ex-athletes. He will be paired with Sharna Burgess.
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi: Who hasn’t heard of this 25-year-old reality star who shot to fame on the cast of Jersey Shore. She will be partnered with Sasha Farber.
Bill Nye: The geek world has been going gaga since it was revealed that the 57-year-old science guy would be dancing in this season. Tyne Stecklein will be dancing with the whiz.
