Charlize Theron and Sheryl Crow are reportedly giving Jennifer Aniston some support and advice while she trying to adopt, according an unnamed source who told Look Magazine (via Contact Music):
''Charlize and Sheryl have been perfect for Jen to talk to. Their kids are still young, and they both waited to have them later in life, so they really understand what Jen is going through.
''Naturally, Jen has been worried about finally doing it, but Charlize assured her that everything would be absolutely fine. She's told Jen there are so many ways to meet mums and she'll introduce her.''
The source went on to add that Theron was helping prep Jen for what to expect, saying:
''Charlize has told Jen to expect endless interviews as she goes through the process. And she has said she'll be there for her every step of the way... Jen has never been so ready to have a baby. Her and Justin can't wait to be parents.''
However, there are new reports that suggest that Jen and Justin might not be so happy. According to an unnamed insider who recently spoke with Life & Style,Jen and Justin might be heading for divorce, only one month into their marriage:

Jen thought finally having that commitment would change Justin for the better, and get him to hunker down and make her -- and their life together -- a priority. It’s not working out that way.
