Despite their supposedly doing their best to keep things quiets, Miranda Lambert has reportedly heard the rumors that Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are dating, and she's less than thrilled. According to the latest gossip news updates, the "Something Bad" singer always feared that her husband had a thing for the No Doubt frontwoman, and now that she knows it's true she is furious. Meanwhile, Gwen and her new country music boyfriend are said to be growing closer together by the day, with Shelton finding himself just as attracted to the Stefani's being a devoted mother to her children as he is the Hollaback Girl's incredible good looks.
While most folks are excited to hear the news that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have seemingly found love in each other's arms following their marriages hitting the rocks earlier this year, Miranda Lambert is said to be feeling a bit betrayed.
One source in the latest September 21, issue of Life & Style explains that although at The Voice cast and crew seems to be plenty happy for them, Miranda is anything but:
"She's heard about Gwen and Blake and she's really upset.
"Before Blake hooked up with Gwen, Miranda and Gwen were friendly. But her new relationship with Blake will definitely ruin any chance of them ever being close again.
"She's always felt like she could never compete with Gwen...This is her worst nightmare."
According to the insider, Miranda should at least be satisfied that Gwen is there to make Blake happy in ways that she was never prepared to:
"Miranda never wanted to have children with Blake, and he wanted kids very badly.
"Gwen is a doting mom who comes with children; that is enticing to him. He loves that she has kids."
In fact, Blake is said to be absolutely heartbroken at supposedly agreeing to let Miranda have custody of all their dogs.
The family friend/informant that Star magazine reveals that Shelton has had hard a particularly hard time letting go of one special dog that Miranda rescued from a drainage ditch a few year back named Emmy Lou:
"It's been tough for him not to see her anymore, but he knows he's not around enough to properly take care of her. She's promised him she'll take good care of Emmy Lou."
