Microsoft and 343 Studios have unleashed a new Halo 5: Guardians cinematic on all of us, and it looks great! This opening cinematic looks smooth and highlights the other side of the fight that gamers will experience in Halo 5: Guardians only on XBOX ONE on October 27th. In the clip we get to experience the close bond that the Master Chief's team, Blue Team, has. These are moments that die hard Halo fans have only read about in the novels. In the clip, we see the concern that his teammates have for the Chief's mental state. We see the Spartans become human. Not only that, we see how fluid a Team of Spartans can be and how calculated they are. According to Darkhorizons, "The legendary Master Chief leads the Blue Team which boards a derelict Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) research facility to ensure its contents don't fall into the hands of a renegade faction of Covenant zealots."
Halo 5: Guardians will give players many new ways to play the beloved franchise. There are new game modes, new skills, and a new threat. here is the by-the-numbers rundown, courtesy of Comingsoon: "Play as the Master Chief and Spartan Locke as the hunt plays out across three new worlds. Choose how to achieve objectives while playing solo with AI teammates or with friends in a 4-player cooperative experience. Also featuring new, massive-scale multiplayer mode that supports 24-player battles with both friendly and enemy AI dropping in. It's nonstop action when you confront Spartans, Covenant, and Forerunners while trying to complete a variety of objectives."
