It turns out that Ryan Adams isn't the only one that is crazy about Taylor Swift these day. According ot the latest gossip news updates, the 1989 singer will soon be getting engaged to her boyfriend Calvin Harris. Word has it that the Scottish EDM DJ has already been ring shopping, while his soon to be wife is already planning the wedding. It's even said that that happy couple are already making plans to try to start having a baby just as soon as they get married.
Ryan Adams might understand Taylor Swift's music, but Calvin Harris is said to be head over heels in love with the "Blank Space" beauty.
One eyewitness in the latest October 5, issue of OK! Magazine claims that they saw the Scot at Beverly Hills' XIV Karats last month looking at jaw dropping sparklers intended to ultimately serve as Swift's new engagement ring:
"He said he wanted something 'very special' for Taylor. He was asking about the best [gemstone] cuts and eyed a ring that was $1.4 million! He was clearly eager to get the perfect rock, no matter the cost."
Calvin isn't the only one obviously preparing for an engaged insists another OK! informant, who says Taylor is equally ready to move things forward:
"She's not shy about telling anyone who'll listen that she loves him, and she's not being coy around him either; at a recent dinner she blurted out and asked him if he'd ever consider marrying her."
While Swift has no shortage of potential candidates to serve as her maid of honor, the pop star is said to have made that choice long before she ever put together her notorious girls squad.
The insider that the Hollywood Life spoke to reveals that Taylor is going to have her mom, Andrea, take on the role of led bridesmaid when she and Calvin tie the knot:
"Taylor would want her mom to be her maid of honor when the time comes for her to get married. It's very important to Taylor that when she gets married that her Mom is present at the wedding.
"She has told her mom that she would want her to be her maid of honor and nothing would make Taylor happier than marrying the man she loves in front of family and friends and her mom completely cured of cancer to fully enjoy that moment."
