Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux shocked everyone over the summer, when it was revealed that secretly got married.This was so shocking because everyone thought their 3-year-long engagement was going to end in a messy breakup. Shortly after the wedding, rumors spread that the couple were already heading towards divorce. Now, Theroux may have just confirmed the reports, by admitting that Aniston has been giving him the silent treatment.
Recently, Justin Theroux spoke to Entertainment Tonight about his new bride giving him the silent treatment (via Mirror):
"Someone once said, 'Silence is the most unbearable rejoinder.' And that's true in relationships. If someone's giving you the silent treatment, there's nothing more infuriating."
However, it isn’t all infuriating.The report goes on to quote Theroux discussing how good it feels to be married:
"Oh my god. It's really nice to say 'my wife'. I'm not [used to saying wife]. I don't want to get used to it for a while. It's nice to drop the fiancée moniker. There's just sort of an easy that comes with it that's really nice. I can't quite describe it. I guess it's one of those things that's like you know it when you see it, or feel it when you feel it for those who are married they'd know. But it's just something that settles and feels lovely and wonderful."
However, everything might not really be so sunny for the couple.Life & Style, recently spoke to an unnamed insider who claims that Jen and Justin are already on the brink of divorce:
“Now Jen has told friends that she and Justin were already on a break that was not of her choosing. Jen thought finally having that commitment would change Justin for the better, and get him to hunker down and make her -- and their life together -- a priority. It’s not working out that way. She’s told a few of her closest pals that she feels like Justin dumped her...She can’t even fake the happiness anymore. Jen is wondering if she made the biggest mistake of her life by marrying Justin, but she’s still vowed to go through the adoption.”
