For weeks now it has been rumored that fellow Voice coaches Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani quickly started dating each other after splitting with their respective spouses, and it appears that the "Sangria" singer is getting tired of it. According to the latest gossip news updates, Miranda Lambert's ex-husband recently took to Twitter to slam the tabloid stories as 100 percent made up. Of course, what Blake seemed most upset about what that he didn't actually get to do any of the things the gossip magazine made up about him, when he really was alone with the Hollaback Girl.
While it might have come off as a little funny at first, Blake Shelton appears to finally be bristling at the tabloids' constantly scrutinizing his love life.
Upon returning home from a recent hunting trip, Shelton took to Twitter to call out all the recent stories about his dating Gwen Stefani as utter nonsense (via Entertainment Tonight):
"The stuff I read about myself blows my mind. Shouldn't I get to do all these things since I'm already accused of them? #doublejeopardy"
"I literally just got back from FAR northern Quebec chasing caribou and now read about all the crazy stuff I've been doing lately?!! #WTF?!"
Although it might seem like Shelton is starting to protest a little too much, the insider that People spoke to swore up and down that nothing was going on with Gwen Stefani outside of the back and forth batter you see on the show (via Huffington Post):
"It's total bullsh*t.
"There's nothing there. They're nothing more than friends."
