There has been a new update in the Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom divorce rumors. A new tabloid report indicates that all baby talk is OFF, despite reports that Khloe really wanted to be pregnant. She is, however, still wearing her wedding ring, an action that shocked many considering the slew of reports that claim Lamar was cheating and suffers from severe drug abuse.
Khloe Kardashian may be standing by her man, but that doesn’t mean she has to stay at his house. A new report is claiming that Khloe no longer feels comfortable having kids over to her house, for fear of Lamar coming home in a drug-induced rage.
As a result, she has been spending more time around her sisters, Kim and Kourtney. Specifically, she has been hanging out with their kids.
Long before the scandals about her NBA star husband were revealed, Khloe went on record about wanting children with Odom. Now, she won’t even let her nephews and nieces in the house, according to an OK! Magazine source:
“Khloe isn’t comfortable letting the kids into her house right now, because God knows what they might find on the floor! Kids get into everything...She doesn’t want the kids there if Lamar gets there. What if he comes home and starts yelling? Gets violent? It’s not something that a child should be around.”
So, instead of subjecting the children to that environment, she goes to see them. This is reportedly having a calming effect on Khloe, who has been devastated by ongoing tabloid claims. Nori (aka North West) is really helping Khloe get through this whole mess, says an insider:
“Khloe just can’t help but smile everytime Nori giggles or smiles. She loves to watch the baby sleeping. She looks so cute. Khloe spends hours and hours just sitting there playing without looking at the phone, the TV or turning on the computer.’
Of course, she does have her regrets about the situation, understandably so. When talking with the alleged source, Khloe reveals her heartache:
“She has told me, ‘I don’t regret marrying Lamar but I’m glad I didn’t get pregnant.’ She’s actually thankful she didn’t have kids. It would have been unfair to a child to bring them into this chaos...She said: ‘If I were to be pregnant this past year, while Lamar was melting down and partying and sleeping with other women, the stress could have hurt the baby. I feel so glad now that we didn’t conceive.’”
