Shortly after Big Bang Theory beauty Kaley Cuoco made the announcement through her rep that she and Ryan Sweeting were getting a divorce, rumors started to circulate that the professional tennis player's prescription pill problem ruined their marriage. According to the latest gossip news updates, however, it was really Penny's constant drinking and irascible attitude that actually had her husband looking to split. Word has it that Cuoco's close relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Johnny Galecki, also led to Sweeting's feeling that something was't right with their relationship.
While Kaley Cuoco's divorce announcement was fast followed by reports that things fell apart thanks to her husband's refusing to go to rehab for a supposed addiction to prescription painkillers, it's now being rumored that is was the Big Bang Theory millionaire who actually has a problem with chemical dependence.
One source in the latest October 19, issue of In Touch claims that behind-the-scenes, Kaley has very little in common with her lovable sitcom character:
"She may seem like America's sweetheart, but it's actually quite the opposite. She'd drink two bottles of wine all by herself and then she'd call Ryan for a ride home...When he would get there, she'd lash out and curse him. She's always been very moody and gets mad at everything.
"Her team is trying to make Ryan look like this druggie, but it's she who is living the double life."
According to the secret informant, the marriage certainly wasn't helped by Kaley's arguably inappropriate closeness with her ex-boyfriend and Big Bang Theory costar, Johnny Galecki:
"She was constantly calling her ex, Johnny, to the point that it was troublesome for Ryan.
"She'd send him flirty texts and call him at 3 in the morning, asking if she could come over...She still loves him.
The Galecki insider that Heat spoke to assured the magazine that if Kaley really is still in love with Johnny, the feeling is definitely mutual (via MoviePilot):
"I still think Johnny is the love of her life. They have a really special bond that comes from working together for more than a decade."
