Game Prediction: Russell Wilson and the Seahawks have been suffering through a very disappointing start to the 2015 NFL season. They are just 2-4 so far this year, while the 49ers have the exact same record. Both of these teams were expected to be solid teams, but they have ended up being anything but that.
This game is between two teams that absolutely hate each other and there is no question that they will bring a little extra to the field tonight because of that fact.
San Francisco has been unable to get Carlos Hyde going since his superstar breakout in Week 1 and they are beginning to worry that he was a one week wonder. Whether or not that is the case, the only way they will win tonight is if Hyde can have a big game. Colin Kaepernick has shown improvement over the past few weeks, but he still isn't the type of game changing quarterback that the 49ers need.
Seattle, on the other hand, has a very balanced offensive attack but Pete Carroll needs to open things up and allow Wilson to take shots down the field. They have been way too safe with their plays this year and that needs to change moving forward if they want to have any chance at rebounding from their disappointing start.
Obviously it is hard to predict this game between two very good teams, but we're going to go with Seattle winning on the road to get closer to .500.
