Jennette McCurdy is doing her best to move on after losing her mother to breast cancer earlier this month. Now rumors are flying that she and her boyfriend, NBA's Andre Drummond, are going their separate ways. The star of Nickelodeon's Sam and Cat showed up stag to the Teen Vogue party this past weekend, wearing an all purple Armani jumpsuit, without the Detroit Piston on her arm.
The online obsession-turned-budding-romance between actress/singer Jennette McCurdy and NBA star Andre Drummond, might be coming to an end. The pair who first got together thanks to Drummond's public display of his crush, via Twitter, have been unusually quiet on the social media front.

Where it is true that the two young celebrities might have busy schedules that keep them apart, Drummond did recently vow to be there for McCurdy, tweeting:
"Thru tough times here I stand, ill always have your back @jennettemccurdy."
Following her mother's funeral, McCurdy sent out some tweets of thanks to all those who have been there to support her. Drummond's name was notably absent from the tweets:
“Truly thankful to the wonderful friends who showed their support today. My second family @NickelodeonTV has gone above and beyond."
“Especially thankful to @DanWarp @MirandaCosgrove @ColtonTran @NathanKress @ArianaGrande @RBWeiner @CameronOcasio @mareecheatham.”
Meanwhile, McCurdy's name has been missing from Drummond's Twitter feed as of late. This is highly unusual, giving how the two met in the first place. McCurdy wrote about Drummond's obsession with her in The Wall Street Journal last month:
"I backtracked on his Twitter page a few months and checked out his Instagram… he appeared personable, youthful, and fun. And judging by the amount of me-related posts he had shared, it seemed he had been expressing his crush on me for quite some time. I found it sweet, gutsy, and flattering."
However, McCurdy hasn't been letting life knock her down. She recently spent some time at Six Flags, followed by a trip to Disney Land, tweeting about her experience:
"Nothing gets your boobs tousled like a ride on Indiana Jones!"
