Kris Jenner, who recently had her own talk show canceled, may be pitching a new program. According to a major U.S. tabloid, Kris wants her daughter, Khloe Kardashian, to get a new dating show. Of course, that’s providing that she and her embattled husband, Lamar Odom, get a divorce.
For months, Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian have found themselves on the cover of nearly every tabloid. At first, the rumors had to deal primarily with Lamar being unfaithful to his wife.
Multiple women came forward, each claiming to have slept with the NBA player while he was married to Khloe. Then, things got even worse for the celebrity couple.
Lamar went missing for three days, with many tabloids claiming that the basketball player had relapsed. His drug of choice ranged from OxyContin to crack, depending on the publication.
While it’s clear that the family is struggling right now, at least one member appears to be looking towards the future. According to OK! magazine, momager Kris Jenner has a plan. A source told the gossip mag:
“She’s come up with an idea for a show called Khloe Goes Solo, all about her daughter getting back on the dating circuit after the end of her marriage to Lamar Odom. Each week Khloe would go on a date with a different guy and--who knows?--by the end of the season, she might have found the man of her dreams.”
According to a different insider, Khloe knows what she wants in a man now. The source revealed that Khloe wants:
“someone who will take care of her and be her best friend, as well as passionate and sexy. She wants someone she feels comfortable with, who makes her laugh and, most of all, who won’t mess around.”
