After all the complications surrounding the birth of her baby daughter North West, Kim Kardashian is said to be terrified that similar issues during this pregnancy could result in tragedy. According to the latest gossip news updates, Kanye West's Keeping Up with the Kardashians wife is scared to death that something awful might happen and worries about unforeseen complications both night and day. Word has it that Kim is also furious at what the extra weight gain has done to her figure that she plans to have several plastic surgeries to get her body back in tip top condition just as soon as she gives birth.
While most Hollywood moms go out of their way to try to convince their fans that being pregnant is an absolute joy, Kim Kardashian has made no secret of how much she detests being knocked up.
In addition to what it has done to the sex-symbol's curves, Kim is said to be extremely upset with the complications that seem to accompany her deliveries.
One source in the latest December 7, issue of OK! Magazine explains that since recently being rushed to the emergency room in the middle of the night, Kim has been convinced that something terrible is waiting for her and the baby just around the corner:
"She was rushed to the hospital in excruciating pain around two in the morning. Everything turned out OK, but it was very scary.
"[Now,] she's driving herself and Kanye crazy...she's so terrified that there's nothing anyone can say or do to calm her down.
"She won't feel better until the baby is safely in her arms."
Word has it that even after the baby has arrived, Kim won't be fully satisfied until she was gotten control of her body once again.
The secret insider that Radar Online spoke to claimed that Mrs. Kanye West already had a bevy of plastic surgery procedures all lined up for when she was finally given the okay by doctors to go back under the knife (via Life & Style):
"Kim is going to do a massive plastic surgery makeover after she gives birth to this.
"Kim has been discussing the surgeries she wants to get done and talking to doctors about them [and] talking about which doctors she wants to put on the payroll."
