Season 6 Spoiler Alert: Tonight AMC’s is all new with the last episode of The Walking Dead for 2015. That is right, this is the mid-season finale of the hit zombie series and the walls are coming down. However, Andrew Lincoln is sure that the second half of the season will be worth the wait. Recently the Rick actor opened up about tonight’s episode and the next eight to follow in 2016.
The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of The Walking Dead, titled “Start to Finish,” reads:
“After having a few moments of peace, trouble finds its way to Alexandria yet again. Only this time, the threat might be too big to defeat.”
Tonight might be the last episode of 2015, but Andrew Lincoln promises tonight’s episode will lead up to some killer episodes in 2016, telling TheWrap:
“I will say episodes eight through 16 -- I’m more excited than I’ve ever been before, just where the story is headed, Eight and nine are unbelievable. Unbelievable. They’re some of the best episodes I’ve read and when I was filming, it just got bigger and more epic and more insane every day that we shot.”
