Spoiler Alert: Tonight, CBS’ Supergirl (TV series) is all new with another action packed episode. The official plot synopsis for tonight’s all new episode of Supergirl, titled “Red Faced,” reads:
“Stress and anger get the better of Kara when she goes too far during a training exercise with Red Tornado, a military cyborg commissioned by Lucy Lane's father, General Sam Lane. Elsewhere, Cat's tough exterior is shaken by a visit from her judgmental mother, Katherine; at the same time, Alex enlists Winn to investigate her father's mysterious death.”
Bleeding Cool News is reporting that CBS may require a Flash crossover to boost Supergirl ratings if they are going to greenlight a back 9 episode order. Check out the what the publication had to say about the rumor:
“DC Comics TV shows. One that Supergirl is planning to run a crossover with The Flash, a cross-network crossover between CBS and CW (CBS owns half of CW, the other is handily owned by Warner Bros) -- that is if it gets its ‘Back 9’ episodes commissioned. Indeed, we’ve heard this morning that it may be a requirement to do a crossover if it gets those extra episodes.”
