Halle Berry may be getting divorced from Olivier Martinez, but Catwoman supposedly has plans to do things differently this time around. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Extant actress was horrified by the awful things that ex-husbands, David Justice and Eric Benet, said about her and is determined to not make the same selfish mistakes during this split. Word has it that Halle may not be single for long, if Ben Affleck has anything to say about. Batman is said to be pulling some strings to get the Berry in one of his new movies, just so he can get to know the 49-year-old sex-symbol before she meets someone new.
After David Justice and Eric Benet stated to openly empathize with Olivier Martinez' situation following the news that he too was going to be divorcing Halle Berry, the veteran Hollywood actress supposedly realized that she had indeed been a bit heavy handed in dealing with her exes after they split.
One source in the latest December 14, issue of Star magazine claims that although her exes' criticisms seemed to come out of left field, Halle was able to take it to heart going into this next divorce:
"Halle was shocked when they came forward with their horror stories.
"And now she is determined that her split from Olivier play out as smoothly as Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin's did.
"Since they broke up, she has been making every effort to find a way to get along with him...She's choosing to take the high road this time."
Thankfully for Olivier, Halle might soon be too preoccupied to do too much damage even if she does change her mind.
A secret insider told OK! Magazine that Ben Affleck was hoping to capitalize on his and Halle's marriages hitting the rocks at the same time, by hopefully having her cast as his love interest in his next big budget blockbuster (via BET):
"He's now trying to find a role for her in one of his next movies by way of getting to know her, but his friends just wish he'd take her out on a date and get her out of his system, rather than spend four months wooing her on a movie set."
