Despite their having a daughter together, Eva Mendes is said to be have absolutely no interest in marrying Ryan Gosling. According to the latest gossip news updates, even Mendes mother has reported taking to pressure Eva into walking down the aisle, but the actress is said to be convinced that weddings are old fashioned and silly. Word has it that some members of Ryan's extended family in Canada are still hoping that Gosling will marry his ex-girlfriend, Rachel McAdams, even though he already has a baby with Eva.
It seems a little hard to believe given his heartthrob status but Ryan Gosling is said to have had no luck in getting Eva Mendes to agree to marry him.
One source in the latest January 4, issue of Star magazine claims that despite Ryan getting the help of both his and Eva's mothers in pressuring Mendes to marry him, the 41-year-old diva isn't giving an inch:
"He popped the question so many time, it's hardly worth asking anymore.
"Eva is started to feel ganged up on, but she isn't budging.
"She figures that if Ryan ever wants out, a wedding ring certainly isn't going to change that.'
Although Ryan has already had a child with Eva, Gosling's uncle Kevin told the National Enquirer that he always saw his nephew settling down with the first love of his love, Rachel McAdams:
"The last time we saw him was when he was here with Rachel McAdams.
"We really liked her, too. It sure seemed like she was the one for him. Why it didn't work out, we don't really know...we still like her. She's a great actress."
