They hardly seem like likely bedfellows, but Anna Kendrick is said to be dating none other than katy Perry's ex-boyfriend, Diplo. According to the latest gossip news updates, the Pitch Perfect beauty has been seeing the DJ, born Thomas Wesley Pentz, since their being introduced at the American Music Awards back in November. Word has it that despite her girl next door image, Diplo is just the sort of bad boy that Anna usually likes to spend time with behind-the-scenes.
Although she is usually able to keep her personal life out of the limelight, Anan Kendrick's reportedly dating Diplo is too big a deal to keep quiet.
One eyewitness to their recent dinner at Craig in L.A. claims in the latest January 18, issue of OK! Magazine that Anna and Pentz looked very much a couple during their handsy night out:
"Skrillex was there too, but he was definitely a third wheel.
The insider that the tabloid spoke to claims that despite their being outed as a couple, Anna won't be in a rush to make things official:
"He's not a golden boy.
"He parents would freak is they knew she was seeing him."
Although they might have been seen eating a meal or two together, some sources still insist that there is nothing going on between Anna and Diplo.
Anna's rep, for one, reportedly told Gossip Cop that there is nothing to the talk that Kendrick and Pentz are Hollywood's latest hot couple:
"[The] magazine's claim about the actress dating Diplo is entirely 'false'."
