'Daily Show's' Trevor Noah Joins Donald Trump in Incest Jokes About Daughter, Ivanka [WATCH]

Senator Cruz's mother is an American, but his father, is a Canadian. Additionally, the Republican presidential candidate was born in Canada and, up until recently, had both a US and a Canadian passport. Trevor Noah, explains all of this on The Daily Show, and goes on to detail how Republican forerunner Donald Trump started upheaval over the question of Ted Cruz's eligibility to be president because of the origin of his birth. Noah then makes an incest joke about Trump and his Daughter, Ivanka, in what seems like an effort to turn the tables on Trump, who has himself been making similar jokes for years.

According to TPM Livewire, The Daily Show Host said, "Donald Trump is absolutely right. It would be awful to disqualify a candidate just because of an irrelevant possible scandal hanging over their head. For instance, a lot of people are saying that Donald Trump wants to bang his daughter. And I hope it's not true, but I've even seen people saying it on television. And on the Comedy Central app," while behind him a picture of himself, Trevor Noah, is displayed

In closing, Noah says, "It would be a shame if people watched that and if people started tweeting the hashtag #DonaldTrumpWantsToBangHisDaughter. I hope that doesn't happen," as encouragement to his fans to Tweet the incest joke hashtag.

The incest joke is in reference to a surprising number of incest jokes Trump has made in the past about Ivanka, his own daughter. The most recent of these jokes was made to a Rolling Stones reporter, Paul Solotaroff, during an interview after he complemented Trump on his daughter. The billionaire real estate mogul told Solotaroff, "Yeah, she's really something, and what a beauty, that one. If I weren't happily married and, ya know, her father . . . "

In an infamous 2006 interview with The View, Star Jones asked Trump how he would feel if Ivanka were to pose on the cover of a magazine. Trump first says, "It would be disappointing --not really--" and then follows up a bit more reasonably saying that, "It would depend on what was in the magazine." Had the GOPer left it there, maybe no one would have thought much of it, but in classic Trump fashion, he just had to take the joke one step too far: "Ivanka does have a very nice figure. I've said that if Ivanka weren't my daughter perhaps I'd be dating her."

Before that, in 2003, during an interview with Howard Stern, The Trump, said that he thinks Ivanka has, "the best body."

While Trevor Noah, may have taken his incest joke about Trump and his daughter a little too far, it seems the presidential candidate has provided enough fodder over the years to at least make it a relevant one.
