Amanda Bynes Released from Rehab in 2013, Out of Psych Ward Temporarily

Amanda Bynes has been released from rehab in 2013. Of course, she has only been allowed to leave the psych ward temporarily.

FOX411 is reporting that Amanda Bynes recovery is moving right along, despite multiple reports to the contrary. Numerous tabloid articles have claimed that Bynes mental health has been an uphill battle, with the young actress exhibiting erratic behavior. As recent as last week, OK! reported that Bynes was not adjusting well at her new facility, with an insider revealing:

“She has had some breakdowns, can’t function, can’t watch TV. It’s so sad.”

In spite of this report, Fox411 is claiming that Bynes is doing much better. According to a source close to the matter, Bynes is now allowed to leave the psychiatric center where she is receiving round the clock care:

“Amanda is being given two passes a week to go the beach, or out to eat and do things like that, accompanied by a professional handler. She is making great progress.”

Of course, the gossip site didn’t provide any evidence to support their claims. And it’s these sort of unverified rumors that Lynn Bynes, Amanda’s mom, recently spoke out against. In an interview with People, the 66-year-old conservator addressed the mounting gossip surrounding her daughter:

"I would really like everyone out there to know that almost 99 percent of the things written about my daughter in various media outlets are false or misleading. Unless it's a statement issued by our family attorney, Tamar Arminak, please take everything you read about Amanda with a grain of salt."

Do you believe the latest rumors? Will Amanda be released sometime in the near future, permanently?
