Adam Pascal Joins Broadway Inspirational Choir Concert Before "Disaster!' Premiere

It is a great time to be an Adam Pascal fan, or just to be Adam Pascal himself. Pascal is current gearing up for a starring role in Seth Rudetsky’s Disaster! on Broadway. That is not all. Pascal is joining Norm Lewis and some other big names in a one night charity concert with the Broadway Inspirational Choir. Meanwhile, fans of Pascal’s earlier work will be happy to know that RENT is going on tour later this year to celebrate its 20th anniversary.

Adam Pascal is about to add another credit to his already impressive Broadway resume. Pascal, along with Roger Bart (You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown,Young Frankenstein,The Producers), Kevin Chamberlin (Addams Family The Musical), Faith Prince (Jerome Robbins' Broadway), Rachel York (Les Misérables, Victor/Victoria, Kiss Me, Kate), Jennifer Simard (Sister Act, Shrek the Musical), Max Crumm (Grease, The Fantasticks), Lacretta Nicole (Book of Mormon) and Seth Rudetsky are all staring in the new musical comedy, Disaster! on Broadway.

Previews for Disaster begin on Feb 09 and officially opens on March 8 at The Nederlander Theatre, 208 West 41st Street New York, NY, 10036.

This February, Adam Pascal joins Norm Lewis and The Broadway Inspirational Choir for a special one only concert. In addition to Pascal and Renee Elise Goldsberry (Hamilton), Michael McElroy, Billy Porter (Kinky Boots), Joshua Henry (Violet), Telly Leung (Allegiance),Chad Kimball (Memphis), Eden Espinosa (Wicked), Marcus Paul James (Motown) and Jarrod Spector (Beautiful).

Performance date is scheduled for February 15, 2016 at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill. Tickets start at $30 and doors open at 6:00 PM. For more information visit. https://www.bbkingblues.com.

Pascal is perhaps best know for role as Roger in the original Broadway production of RENT. The hit musical turns 20 years old this year, and in celebration a new tour has been announced. Casting has not been announced yet.

Producer Stephen Gabriel spoke to Broadway World about the upcoming 20th anniversary tour:
