The complete cast list for the upcoming Manhattan Concert Productions limited performance of The Secret Garden at Lincoln Center. The 25th Anniversary special will combine the talents of some of the best stage and screen actors, backed by the New York City Chamber Orchestra. If that was not enough the Tony Awarding winning play will add a 200-voice chorus comprised of groups from all across the United States of America.
In celebration of 25th Anniversary of The Secret Garden, the MCP will be putting on a very special limited concert on February 21 and February 22, 2016. Originally opening on Broadway in 1991, The Secret Garden won three Tony awards and was nominated for an addition four. Based on the 1911 novel by Frances Hodgson Burnett, The Secret Garden has been adapted multiple times on film in addition to the Broadway musical.
