Chris Brown's Probation Revoked After Assault Arrest? 'Love More' Rapper Faces Jail Time Despite Rehab

Chris Brown is currently facing assault charges for a recent incident at a DC airport. The misdemeanor charge, however, is the least of the rapper's concerns. Brown's most recent arrest pales in comparison to other violations of his probation, which stem from the 2009 assault of his, then girlfriend, Rihanna. The "Love More" singer has voluntarily entered rehab for anger management, however, new reports suggest that the L.A. parole board is still planning to revoke his probation. If they do find him in violation, Brown could face four years of jail time.

Following Chris Brown's most recent assault charge, the singer entered rehab for anger management. At the time, a rep for Brown made a statement to the press:

"Chris Brown has elected to enter a rehab facility. His goal is to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point."

Brown allegedly checked himself into treatment in an effort to avoid a potential parole violation. However, TMZ recently spoke with an unnamed source, who claims that the L.A. Probation Dept. are still seeking justice:

"Probation is gunning for this guy. They're embarrassed by what he's done over the last 2 years and they've had it."

Brown might have another way around the issue. No video evidence has been found, linking him to the most recent assault.

Brown's attorney, Danny Onorato, told reporters that his client was innocent, saying:

"Christopher Brown committed no crime. We understand that his security acted to protect Mr. Brown and Mr. Brown's property as he was authorized to do under District of Columbia law. We are confident that Mr. Brown will be exonerated of any wrongdoing."
