Taylor Swift is not only one of the most talented artists in Hollywood, she is also one of the most generous human beings ever, especially when she's passionate and believes in the cause. In this case, the "Bad Blood" superstar is all about girl power and she wants to show her support for Kesha with $250,000 donation amid her court battle with Dr. Luke.
Kesha was totally upset when the court denied her request on Friday, February 19, to record new music outside of Sony Music, which is her exclusive record label. The singer had filed a complaint against the company when they didn't do anything even though they knew that producer, Dr. Luke, was mistreating Kesha.
"Dr. Luke's proclivity for abusive conduct was open and obvious to [Sony Music Entertainment] executives, who either knew of the conduct and turned a blind eye, failed to investigate Dr. Luke's conduct, failed to take any corrective action, or actively concealed Dr. Luke's abuse," Kesha's lawyer claimed.
When Swift learned of the unfortunate news, she went out of her way to help the 28-year-old singer and her rep has confirmed to E! News in a statement, saying, "In a show of support, Taylor Swift has donated $250,000 to Kesha to help with any of her financial needs during this trying time.”

Kesha's mother then took to Twitter to thank Swift, praising the singer's generosity and called her a "rich person" inside and out. "A persons wealth is not measured by what they have but by WHO they they help with it. And Taylor Swift is is a truly RICH PERSON. Thank you," she tweeted.

Now, if only Kanye West didn't diss Swift in his "Famous" song, then maybe she could have extended her generoisty and donated to his “Kanye West ideas.”
