Lady Gaga recently appeared on The Howard Stern Show and she did not disappoint. The pop princess was promoting her new 2013 album, Artpop. The “Born This Way” singer also squashed rumors that she was planning a wedding.
Howard, who has interviewed Gaga once before, started off by complimenting her appearance:
“This is what I love about you. You look hot...I think you would make a great lover and I’ll tell you why...because you enjoy…”
Before Howard could even finish his thought, Gaga jumped in:
“Dressing up? I am a great lover and I do do all of those things. Are we on the air right now? Hello World! I love doing that. It’s been a challenge for me in the past, to find guys that are into that. You know, I think they like the idea of it in a movie, but when your girlfriend actually changes outfits three times a day, it’s always different.”
Howard also asked Gaga about a recent article that claims she is too demanding:
“I know you recently changed management and stylists and your old stylist came out and said that it was too much. You change clothes too much. What about that?”
Gaga defended both herself and her present stylist:
“OK. He hasn’t been at work in two years. Brandon who is my stylist has been working with me since Monster Ball. I do change clothes a lot, but that’s your job. If you love clothes then you shouldn’t hate changing. It’s also a lie that he quit that week.”
Howard also asked Gaga if she was preparing to marry her longtime boyfriend. For the time being, Gaga refuted the claims:
“I don’t know. When everyone talks about marriage, it seems like they are talking about a means to an end. They’re trying to define my relationship. I’m already happy. I am the center of attention every single day at my job. The thought of a wedding is exhausting.”
