Kylie Minogue Slams Jenner Over Name, Calls Her 'Supporting Character' on KUWTK

Kylie Minogue has made it clear that Kylie Jenner will not be stealing her trademark . The Australian Grammy winner is mad that the reality star believes that she has more fame and more of a right to own their shared moniker even if Minogue has more experience and accolades than the junior.

In documents obtained by Daily Mail, the 47-year-old singer's legal team called Kris Jenner's youngest daughter a "supporting character" on their family's hit reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

"Ms. Jenner is a secondary reality television personality who appeared on the television series 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' as a supporting character, to Ms. Jenner's half sisters, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian (i.e. the Kardashians)," the documents state.

Minogue's team then reminded everyone that Kylie had some issues before regarding her photographs saying, "Ms. Jenner is active on social media where her photographic exhibitionism and controversial posts have drawn criticism from, e.g., the Disability Rights and African-American communities."

Jenner was slammed back in December for posing in a wheelchair during her Interview Magazine photoshoot. The publication quickly defended their decision for using it as a prop.

"At Interview, we are proud of our tradition of working with great artists and empowering them to realize their distinct and often bold visions," the magazine told E! News." The Kylie Jenner cover by Steven Klein, which references the British artist Allen Jones, is a part of this tradition, placing Kylie in a variety of positions of power and control and exploring her image as an object of vast media scrutiny."

Meanwhile, in the documents of opposition, the "Spinning Around" singer is described as an "internationally renowned performing artist, humanitarian, and breast cancer activist."

The Sun shared a side-by-side comparison of Minogue and Jenner's classifications to establish which of the Kylies deserves to own the name. The site based the pair's worthiness in using the categories "Best Asset, Famous Family, Best Known For, Exes, and Achievements." If these are the requirements to win the battle, then Minogue has won hands down.
