Just when you thought Hollywood couldn't possibly remake anything else, they have a Death Wish remake to foist upon audiences. It seems a very strange film to remake, because it's such a creature of the 70's. The iconic 1974 film, which had many sequels, virtually kicked off the revenge action film. Its plot concerns a man who comes home to find his wife murdered and his daughter raped. And then he kills everyone involved. Charles Bronson's stoic face was perfect for the role and it made him a huge star at the time.

There's no way they aren't going to leap at something like Death Wish. Bruce Willis has been cast to step into Bronson's shoes. You read that right, folks.
