Drake and Rihanna have been spotted spending an awful lot of time together, leaving many to wonder if the former couple is dating again. Meanwhile, Rihanna’s ex-boyfriend Chris Brown is reportedly out of rehab and getting ready to release his new album, X.
Drake and Rihanna were recently spotted spending $17,000 at a Houston Strip Club last week.
Hollywood Life reported about the ex-couple’s dinner date back in August, citing an unnamed source who claimed:
"He was such a gentleman. He had one of his muscle [bodyguards] scoot her chair back, he stood up after she did and he told her she 'looked beautiful as always.'"
A second insider doubled down on the dinner date, adding:
"He gave her a hug and kissed her on the cheek. It wasn't nothing major, it was just Drake being himself."
However, Drake dismissed the rumors when appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show:
“Uh, yeah, great girl. We had our moment and I always always support and have love for her…I’m not into do-overs, in an way…”
Rihanna and Drake’s previous dating experience lead to a feud between Drake and Chris Brown. The feud has since ended and Brown now has bigger things to worry about. The troubled rapper recently checked himself into rehab for anger management, following his most recent assault charge. Brown has now checked out of inpatient care, according a statement from his Rep Nicole Perna.
"Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area. He appreciates all of your encouragement and support."
Brown’s release from rehab coincides with the release of a five track sample of his new album X. Brown recently tweeted the new EP’s release date, “X files mixtape Tuesday NOV 19th, 5 songs.”
