Macaulay Culkin had fans doing a double take over the weekend as the former child actor looks nothing like himself while filming The Jim Gaffigan Show in New York City. Culkin has changed his look many times over the years, ranging from wholesome child star to a grungy look.
The 35-year-old actor has undergone a major transformation. Wearing a red plaid shirt under a gray blazer, Culkin accessorizes with a pair of black-rimmed glasses that made him look much older than he really is. The actor appeared to be scruffy with messy hair and chipped nail polish.

While these new pics are shocking, Culkin's most worrying look was back in 2012, where photographs emerged of him looking very gaunt and pale, fueling speculations that he was battling a drug addiction.
A rep of Culkin slammed rumors at the time that the actor was having some health issues, saying, "Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health. For Entertainment Tonight or any other media to speculate otherwise is thoughtless, irresponsible and destructive."
And not too long after that, an internet hoax claimed he had died. Fortunately, it was just a nasty rumor.
Now, the actor famously known for his iconic role as Kevin McCallister in Home Alone, looks much healthier compared to his previous public appearances. In the photos, Culkin was filming scenes for The Jim Gaffigan Show, a show where he plays a fictionalized version of himself. He pops up from time to time “as everyday people who happen to look exactly like Culkin,” Fox News claims.
